Frequently asked questions
Do I have to run a virtual race in one go?
It depends on the challenge. Some ask you to cover the whole distance in a single activity; others add up your outings across the whole window. Each event says which, before you sign up.
How does the app know I've covered the distance?
Two ways. Connect Strava and every new activity is counted on its own. Or add one by hand in the app — both count the same.
When will I get my medal?
We ship the medal once the challenge closes, to the InPost parcel locker you chose when signing up. You can track the shipment status in the app.
Do I have to run in a specific city?
No. You choose a challenge, not a location — you run wherever you are.
How much does it cost to take part?
It depends on the starter pack — usually a few dozen złoty. You'll see the exact price on each challenge before you pay.
Can I take part without Strava?
Yes — you can add an activity in the app by hand. Strava just saves you the trouble.
